This role will be Mulgrave Victoria based, and the role is internal.

A bit about the Warranty Administration & Support role

• Managing customer warranty requests.
• Working with technical repair team. 
• Assisting customers through web portal, emails, and phone calls.
• Processing warranty returns with suppliers, both local and overseas based.
